Description
Viction is seeking an experienced product leader to serve as a fractional Director of Product Strategy & Design. The role owns product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, sequencing, release planning, product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, UX/UI direction, and the end-to-end member experience across onboarding, AI coaching, scoring, education, engagement, and retention. The position partners with founders, engineering, design, AI, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams and is 100% remote with a fractional engagement of approximately 20 hours per week.
