Pair Eyewear is hiring a Frame Designer to define the aesthetic direction and design identity of its eyewear frames. The role involves conceptualizing new shapes and collections through sketching, illustration, hand-drawing, and digital rendering; selecting materials, colors, and finishes; developing on-trend collections; researching trends and competitors; and partnering with product development to bring concepts to production. Candidates need direct eyewear frame-design experience, a relevant design degree or equivalent professional experience, strong illustration and digital-sketching skills, knowledge of eyewear materials and construction, and a portfolio showing original frame designs. The position offers medical, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings options, free eyewear, and a stated pay range of $170,000 to $180,000.
