The Custom Framing Specialist supports Michaels’ LA-Burbank store by building customer relationships, creating custom framing solutions, completing orders, maintaining frame departments, merchandising products, operating cash registers, and assisting with truck unloading and stocking. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter, and physical work involving lifting, bending, standing, and ladder use. Retail and sales experience are preferred, and the position pays $17.50–$20.60 per hour with possible overtime.
