The Custom Framing Specialist supports Michaels’ custom framing store in College Station, Texas by building customer relationships, creating custom framing solutions, completing orders, maintaining frame departments, providing customer service, operating cash registers, stocking merchandise, and assisting with omnichannel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter, and physical work involving lifting, bending, standing, and ladder use; retail and sales experience are preferred. The position includes nights, weekends, and early mornings, with medical, dental, and vision coverage available depending on eligibility.
