Description
The Framing Field Supervisor manages the framing process for single- and multi-family homes by reviewing blueprints and construction documents, framing buildings according to plans, coordinating material delivery and labor, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards, and delivering quality workmanship and timely completion. The role requires 3–4 years of residential or light commercial framing experience, blueprint-reading ability, knowledge of building materials and tools, strong math and scheduling skills, and customer-service orientation.
