Description
The Framing Field Supervisor manages the framing process for single- and multi-family homes by reviewing blueprints and construction documents, framing buildings according to plans, coordinating material delivery and labor, maintaining OSHA and company safety standards, and ensuring timely, high-quality completion. The role requires 3–4 years of residential or light commercial framing experience, blueprint-reading ability, knowledge of building materials and tools, strong math and scheduling skills, and customer-service orientation.
