Description
The Custom Framing Store Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, develops sales behaviors, plans workload, manages inventory and shrink, serves as Manager on Duty, and supports hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. The role also handles customer framing solutions, truck unloading and stocking, and other retail-store operations, with physical demands including lifting, bending, standing, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings. Basic computer skills are required, while previous custom framing, retail management, and sales-team leadership experience are preferred.
