Description
The Franchise Store Operator will lead the strategic direction, vision, talent management, and operational excellence of an independently owned and operated franchised or affiliate grocery store. The role oversees a store with 50 or more employees, develops customer loyalty and sales, maintains brand and food-safety standards, and supports community involvement. Candidates need a proven record of business success, strong financial and leadership skills, retail operations knowledge, and at least 3–5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment; post-secondary education is preferred. An initial investment is required and will be disclosed to the successful candidate.
