Sobeys is hiring a Franchise Store Operator to lead the strategic direction, vision, talent management, and operational excellence of a franchise store location. The role oversees a store with 50 or more employees, develops customer loyalty and sales, maintains brand and food-safety standards, and supports community involvement. Candidates need a proven record of business success, strong business and financial acumen, leadership and communication skills, experience building retail teams, and at least 3–5 years of experience leading people in a retail environment; post-secondary education is preferred. An initial investment is required as a Franchise Owner/Operator.
