Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Fraud Analyst & Revenue Protection Specialist to monitor refunds, discounts, cancellations, sales anomalies, and other fraud-related activity; investigate suspicious transactions; analyze trends and datasets; produce reports and dashboards; support compliance and audit readiness; and recommend process improvements. The role requires analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data tools such as Power BI, Excel, and QuickBase, and preferably experience in fraud analysis, auditing, loss prevention, or revenue protection.
