Citizens Private Bank is hiring a Fraud Detection Sr. Specialist to review customer accounts and transactions for fraud and risk, investigate suspicious activity, track and resolve fraud cases, document findings, and coordinate with customers, colleagues, and business partners. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, at least two years of financial services, fraud, or investigations experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is a 40-hour Monday-Friday position requiring four days on site in Johnston, Rhode Island, with one day from home; candidates in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania may also be considered.
