Description
Plaid is hiring a Fraud Intelligence Analyst to lead complex fraud investigations, reconstruct attacker behavior, and translate findings into detection improvements. The role combines live fraud operations, applied data science, fraud research, and collaboration with Data Science, machine learning, and Product teams. Responsibilities include investigating identities, accounts, devices, and transactions; using fraud tooling and analytics; improving labeling and model inputs; conducting longitudinal and network analysis; monitoring threat trends; and producing technical reports. The position requires at least three years of applied fraud experience in a high-velocity environment, along with incident response, dark-web investigation, communication, and investigative tooling skills.
