Description
Sezzle is hiring a Shopper Risk Fraud Operations Analyst to manually review flagged transactions and customer behavior, investigate fraud, analyze account patterns, and improve fraud detection systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of fraud-investigation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools. It is a full-time, non-exempt hourly contractor position with a Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Central time schedule and compensation of $1,500-$2,000 USD gross per month.
