Citi is hiring a Fraud Operations Senior Manager to lead fraud management policies, processes, and procedures for Commercial Card and Virtual Card fraud operations. The role manages one or more teams and a component of the fraud loss portfolio, oversees dispute teams and vendor relations, monitors fraud-loss mitigation, manages budgets and resources, evaluates subordinate performance, and supports compliance and control improvements. It requires 6–10 years of fraud or dispute operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and offers a full-time salary range of $87,600 to $131,400 at the listed primary location.
