Description
Kleinanzeigen is hiring a Fraud Program Manager to lead fraud initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinate dependencies across Fraud, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Analytics, and external partners, and establish scalable operational processes. The role owns operational documentation, identifies process gaps, supports launches and incidents, and partners with subject-matter experts on training and calibration. It is a hybrid position based in Berlin-Charlottenburg and requires experience in program management, operations, process management, fraud, trust and safety, or a comparable role, along with strong organizational, process, communication, and German-English language skills.
