Pathward is hiring a Fraud Analytics Analyst to analyze fraud-related data across alerts, cases, losses, customer activity, credit performance, and portfolio risk. The role develops fraud detection models, rules, thresholds, and segmentation strategies; produces fraud KPIs/KRIs and regulatory reporting; maintains data governance and validation processes; and partners with Fraud Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to improve fraud detection, investigation, escalation, and control effectiveness. The position is hybrid and remote-office, with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and offers a salary range of $60,000 to $100,500 plus an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
