Pathward is hiring a Case Analyst to perform Level 1 fraud alert triage, monitor account and transaction activity, conduct end-to-end fraud investigations, execute card actions, document findings, and escalate suspicious activity. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, typically less than two years of related experience, and exposure to fraud, payments, banking operations, or customer service. It is a hybrid, remote-office position with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and pays $17.25 to $28 hourly.
