Ualá is hiring a permanent FraudOps Analyst for a hybrid role combining back-office case and alert management with data analysis. The position requires operational BAU work, SQL querying, dashboard and report development, and collaboration with analysts and cross-functional teams to improve fraud and risk processes. Candidates should be advanced students or recent graduates, have 0–1 year of relevant experience, and be available for the Tuesday-to-Saturday afternoon/evening shift from 15:00 to 00:00.
