Description
The Quality Control Inspector reports to the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor or Quality Control Operations Supervisor and performs inspection, nonconformity communication, measurement-equipment calibration, customer-specification tracking, part marking, packaging, shipping, delivery-ticket completion, router-sequence initialing, and API and ISO specification knowledge. The role requires a high school education, at least two years of experience in an equivalent oil-field machine shop, job shop, or heavy fabrication operation, strong organization, math, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, and the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, perform fine motor work, and lift 45 pounds regularly.
