Description
The part-time Practical Training Instructor will plan, structure, and implement generalist nursing education and provide qualified practical instruction at Victor’s Seniorenwohnpark Quierschied. The role guides trainees through the entire training period, coordinates with nursing schools and cooperation partners, and organizes apprentice projects and practice-oriented learning offerings. Applicants need a completed three-year nursing training and practice-instructor training or willingness to obtain it, along with coaching, pedagogical, communication, patience, empathy, teamwork, and motivation skills. The position offers up to 100% release from direct care work and other professional development and employee benefits.
