Description
DEPT® is hiring an Associate Director, Visual Design to lead visual strategy and design systems across digital, brand, and product work. The role partners with C-suite executives, clients, and cross-functional leaders; drives complex digital projects; develops design workflows and guidelines; mentors designers; and contributes to creative innovation. Candidates need at least five years of visual and interactive design experience, including four years in a dedicated leadership position, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Figma and design-system knowledge, and strategic communication skills. The position offers $100–$125 per hour for a 40-hour workweek and includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and parental leave.
