Description
Fleetch is hiring a Field Sales Representative – VTC Performance to represent the company to VTC drivers in the city, recruit them to join the Fleetch fleet on Yango, promote fleet benefits, support driver activation, monitor activity, and track prospects and conversions. The role requires at least four hours of mandatory field presence during either the 5 a.m.–11 a.m. or 5 p.m.–9 p.m. slot, plus one hour of back-office work, and offers uncapped variable compensation through driver activation and monthly activity bonuses.
