Description
M3 is hiring a Qualitative Interview Host to support the Market Research Project Management team with day-to-day call management of market research studies. The role prepares respondents, facilitates scheduled interviews, troubleshoots technical platform issues, supports moderator and interpreter training, documents issues, and communicates with the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team. The position requires multilingual communication, strong customer-service and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Windows and Apple operating systems and browsers, and the ability to work in a team environment. The stated operating hours are 03:00–20:00 EST.
