Description
Everience is hiring an IT Proximity Engineer to provide on-site Level 1 proximity support and enhanced Level 1 and 2 hardware support across office, production, warehouse, and logistics environments. The role covers end-user device troubleshooting, industrial equipment diagnosis, Microsoft 365 and SAP support, equipment deployment, user lifecycle activities, connectivity checks, asset and CMDB recordkeeping, incident recording in ServiceNow, and local support for IT projects. The position is primarily based on-site with regular travel between Goole and Northallerton and requires a full UK driving licence and vehicle access.
