The Freight Brokerage Operations Specialist coordinates truckload freight shipments from tender acceptance through delivery, schedules pickups and deliveries, monitors shipment performance, resolves service issues, maintains customer and operational records, and supports account growth. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools. It is a 100% on-site position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and a $60,000 annual base salary plus a quarterly incentive program.
