InProduction is hiring a full-time Freight Coordinator to manage the movement of materials to and from job sites, warehouses, and other locations, including third-party hauling via OTR trucking. The role involves dispatching and scheduling drivers, ensuring DOT and insurance compliance, maintaining driver logs and KPIs, handling fleet and driver maintenance coordination, and supporting accounting and P&L reporting. The position is office-based and requires strong logistics/transportation experience, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
