Description
The Transportation Dispatcher will schedule, dispatch, and monitor inbound and outbound drivers; plan efficient routes; adjust schedules for delays; coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams; track shipments; communicate with drivers, vendors, carriers, and customers; and update dispatch systems. The role requires 1–3 years of transportation, dispatching, or logistics experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, TMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
