The Freight Forwarder coordinates national and international transport orders, including planning, dispatching, monitoring pickups and deliveries, communicating with customers and partners, preparing quotations and transport documents, processing orders and claims, and supporting process improvements. The role requires commercial vocational training, ideally in freight forwarding, initial customer-service experience, MS Office proficiency, German and English, and a goal-oriented, customer-focused approach.
