Description
The Freight Forwarder will independently handle and dispatch container transportation, serve as the central contact for customers, partners, and internal specialist departments, monitor transport processes, handle inquiries and complaints, and optimize customer-oriented transport solutions. The role requires commercial training, strong English and IT skills, organizational ability, and relevant freight-forwarding experience or knowledge; career changers are welcome. It is a full-time position in Schwechat with a collective-agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 2,352.50 per month.
