Description
The role handles administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods, scheduling time slots, customer and dispatcher coordination, freight-document preparation, data and KPI maintenance, damage and claims handling, and general office organization. It requires completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally freight-forwarding and logistics experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers regular day-shift hours from 07:00 to 15:30 and a disability pension with a simple health assessment.
