DP World is seeking an internal Air Freight Operations Specialist to coordinate inbound air freight shipments from origin to final delivery, track cargo, manage documentation and billing, coordinate ground and trucking services, resolve shipment exceptions, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires a graduate in any field, at least three years of recent freight forwarding operations and customer service experience, and mandatory freight forwarding experience. It offers a base salary of $55,200–$69,000, potential short-term incentives or sales compensation, and benefits, but does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
