OEC Group is hiring a full-time Freight Forwarding Sales Manager/Supervisor in Houston, Texas. The role leads and develops a local sales team, expands the customer base, creates sales plans, negotiates rates and quotations, pursues business development, and meets team KPI targets. Candidates need at least five years of sales or business development experience, at least one year of sales leadership or senior sales experience, and five years in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation, with ocean freight experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 annually plus uncapped sales commission, health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
