Description
The Forklift Operator loads, unloads, stages, scans, tracks, and moves freight in a multimodal transportation terminal, intermodal yard, warehouse, or dock environment. The role uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; assists drivers and dock coordination; documents freight; identifies damaged or unsafe conditions; and mentors Material Handlers. It pays $19.60 per hour and requires an onsite schedule, forklift certification, and at least three years of dock or warehouse experience.
