Description
The Forklift Operator loads, unloads, stages, scans, tracks, and moves freight in a multimodal transportation terminal, intermodal yard, warehouse, or dock environment. The role uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, assists drivers and dock coordination, documents freight, identifies damaged or unsafe conditions, and mentors Material Handlers. It pays $18.60 per hour and requires a Monday–Friday 5 a.m.–1 p.m. onsite schedule, forklift certification, and at least three years of dock or warehouse experience.
