Description
The Forklift Operator safely loads, unloads, stages, scans, tracks, and moves freight in a multimodal transportation terminal, intermodal yard, warehouse, or dock environment. The role uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, supports dock coordination and workflow efficiency, documents freight, identifies damaged or unsafe conditions, and mentors Material Handlers. It pays $19 per hour and requires an onsite Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule, forklift certification, and at least three years of dock or warehouse experience.
