Description
The Forklift Operator loads, unloads, stages, scans, and moves freight in a multimodal transportation terminal, intermodal yard, warehouse, or dock environment. The role uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; prepares items for shipping; documents freight; coordinates dock operations; and mentors Material Handlers. It pays $18.60 per hour and requires a Monday–Friday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. onsite schedule, forklift certification, and at least three years of dock or warehouse experience.
