Description
The Forklift Operator safely loads, unloads, stages, scans, tracks, and moves freight in a multimodal transportation terminal, intermodal yard, warehouse, or dock environment. The role uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; supports dock coordination and workflow efficiency; documents freight; identifies damaged or unsafe conditions; and mentors Material Handlers. It pays $19.60 per hour and requires onsite work on Monday through Friday, with shifts such as 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., plus nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
