Colibri Digital is hiring a bilingual Programme Manager to lead a mission-critical data programme in a francophone environment. The role is remote-first in the United Kingdom with travel to client locations in France, starting in January 2027 for a nine-month contract. Responsibilities include owning the delivery plan and 40+ concurrent workstreams, running governance and steering committees, managing risks, dependencies, change control, capacity, and cross-border teams, and serving as the primary client-facing point of contact in French and English. The role requires fluency in English and French, a recognised programme management certification, agile certification, at least eight years managing complex multi-workstream technology programmes, and experience delivering data platform or large-scale data migration programmes.
