Description
The Freshman Admissions Counselor is an entry-level, full-time staff role in the Admissions - Undergraduate department at Moon Campus. The position recruits prospective undergraduate students within a designated territory, schedules and visits high schools and college fairs, uses Slate and Banner to communicate with applicants, reviews applications and makes admission decisions, counsels students and parents, supports recruiting events, and handles follow-up through phone, email, text, and appointments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, travel, varied scheduling, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license or reliable transportation, and the ability to represent the university professionally.
