NHL Stenden is hiring a temporary Teacher Educator for its Frisian language and culture education program at the Academie Educatie. The role combines teaching B2 and C1 language courses, supervising and assessing students, supporting subject didactics and research, and contributing to Taalplan Frysk activities. Applicants need strong spoken and written Frisian skills, experience with Frisian language and culture education and applied research, and preferably a second-degree teacher education qualification or relevant master's degree. The position is based mainly in Leeuwarden, requires travel when necessary, and runs from November 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with a gross salary of up to €6,677.44 per month.
