The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations, phone inquiries, payments, daily auditing, guest communications, issue resolution, and front desk administration. The position requires varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight Night Audit shifts. Prior customer service or front desk experience is preferred; computer and reservation-system training is provided.
