Description
The Ambassador role at The Aldenburg Hotel owns the guest experience from arrival through departure, handling reservations, special requests, hotel tours, guest communications, and coordination with other departments. The role requires at least two years of guest or customer service experience in luxury goods or services, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and the ability to lift and move luggage. It also requires flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
