Pet Paradise is hiring a Front Desk Associate for its Odessa resort in Odessa, Florida. The role welcomes pet parents and pets, manages check-ins and check-outs, coordinates pet drop-offs, pickups, suite placement, and harness handling, responds to phone calls, voicemails, and emails, performs cashier and point-of-sale operations, supports veterinary-service coordination, and maintains lobby and cat-room cleanliness. It requires one to two years of customer-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfort handling dogs, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
