Description
The Front Desk Associate will handle hotel arrivals and departures, check guests in and out, answer calls, assign rooms, manage keys and credit policies, process cash and card transactions, monitor room availability, and use the hotel’s yield management system. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with the local area, flexible availability for overnights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous front-desk or customer-facing experience is helpful, as is familiarity with hotel systems and accurate information entry.
