Aligned Modern Health is hiring a full-time Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager for its Deerfield clinic. The role supports patients and providers through scheduling, billing, and coordination; maintains a friendly, patient-focused clinic environment; and contributes to team-based service. The schedule includes Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., plus Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with flexibility for holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is $39,000-$45,000 per year plus annual bonus potential, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
