Y Combinator is hiring a full-time, on-site Receptionist for its Dogpatch offices in San Francisco. The role welcomes founders, guests, and employees; manages check-ins, appointments, deliveries, mail, and packages; maintains the reception area; coordinates with vendors and internal teams; and supports visitor and security procedures. The position requires experience in reception, hospitality, office coordination, or a similar service-focused role, along with strong communication, organization, judgment, and reliability. Compensation is $50 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.
