StretchLab Bearden is hiring a Sales Associate to support the General Manager with membership sales, lead generation, follow-up, and closing. The role includes booking and confirming intro classes, managing the front desk, conducting facility tours, presenting fitness and wellness services, maintaining sales production, and participating in community events. Candidates need strong sales, communication, customer service, computer, and English skills; fitness knowledge is preferred but not required. Compensation includes competitive pay, free or discounted memberships, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
