Description
The Sales Associate represents Club Pilates to potential clients, generates leads, conducts studio tours, closes memberships and other sales, retains current members through customer service, and meets sales quotas. The role requires strong sales, communication, customer service, public speaking, computer, and computer software skills, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour plus commission and performance-based bonus opportunities.
