Description
The Welcome Center Representative supports the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley by welcoming members and guests, responding to their needs, maintaining the lobby, conducting membership interviews, selling memberships and programs, resolving concerns, and supporting community engagement. The role also handles youth-related procedures, follows abuse-risk and safety requirements, and requires customer service or sales experience, computer skills, and background screening. It is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Membership Director and pays $16.00 per hour.
