Captivation Software is hiring a Front-End Developer focused on Section 508 accessibility compliance. The role develops and maintains accessible front-end interfaces, tests and remediates accessibility issues using JAWS and other screen readers, audits and documents compliance, collaborates with UX, developers, product owners, QA, and DevOps, and integrates automated accessibility testing into CI/CD. Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance, be U.S. citizens, and have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers an annual salary of $130,000 to $270,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
